We will make this a large event. We will a competition, we’ll have numerous presentations, I’ll invite all the Malaysians over (we may get 50 or more of them!), we will have Sexyloopers from Europe, Australia and from all over SE Asia. I’ll invite the Japanese fly casting team. I’ll really make this one worth remembering!

You’re only 25 once!
Fishing options are plentiful. The Belum Temenggor lake is vast. There are numerous boatmen and about 20 houseboats. There are two resorts here. We also have Sungai Tiang to visit. September can be a bit dodgy with the rain but it should be fishable.
The casting comp will have to be over water. There is just nowhere here where there is enough flat grass.
But I would definitely recommend coming for an extended stay. Short term we can hold the main event at Belum Rainforest Resort. And then for longer term options we can utilise Belum Eco Resort.
September is a bloody good month to fish here!
