weekly round up

One of the advantages of being a member of other forums now is I can see how they do it. I'm thinking specifically of an opt-in weekly activity round up.

Ideally I would like to modify it so it sends a digest of the FPs as well.

So assuming we do this and assuming you think it's a good idea (it will opt-in so if you don't think its a good idea, then don't opt in!) , then what day of the week should it be?

Personally, I like the idea because it will be a good way to know what topics were covered on the Board and FPs if one doesn't log in every day.
