Core Cast: keenly interests me to use it in my instruction for distance. Actually, if memory serves me, I have done something similar in the past - with myself for competitions. No matter.
Andy's FP got the juices flowing. I have a workshop coming up this summer in Quebec - a fabulously fun rendezvous in Les Escoumins. Thinking of including Core Cast in my Hauling/Distance class.
Thanks for the FP Andy!
Craig

'Core Cast', Andy's FP
This is certainly a very interesting idea. I’m guessing most people’s core cast is the same as what we see most casters doing when they practise loops or test out a new rod.
I will try applying this too.
Cheers, Paul
