It was on at the top of the previous Board, Ron. I’ll start another sticky thread tomorrow. These things evolve. Over the past 2 years I’ve written “Open Stance Distance” so many times I’ve started shortening it to OSD and no one has ever said WTF (What The Fuck) is that :D

It’s not some weird method of excluding people. I for one am an includer. But if every time I wrote Mastery Expert Distance, instead of MED, I would be an old man by now and my dick would have fallen off.

Cheers, Paul
It's an exploration; bring a flyrod.

Why is a pick-up and lay down cast important?

We use the Pick-up and Lay-down cast (PULD) to learn and practice an important fly casting building block – how to quietly pick up a fly from the water and then efficiently deliver it to its target.

I'm not the only one that got it wrong! :D :D :D lololol hahahahaha

Nobody has ever explained that AFAIK but IANAL

I’m off to Canada next month and if anyone talks about putting gas in their car, it will all kick off. Petrol is obviously liquid and I expect the whole of North America to conform for my benefit.

I know you are Paul — but some people enjoy being part of a clique. It makes them feel impotent
