From Gary’s excellent FP https://www.sexyloops.com/index.php/ps/knot-again
This is something I experimented with for a while. I first played with it in West Yellowstone - from memory Lasse might even have been there?
I generally haul around the tip of the thumb but thumb but the index finger is an interesting approach because it changes the plane in which the wrist flexes.
Cheers, Paul
