Belgium or oval cast

How do you put a double haul into a Belgium cast.
I'm guessing the forward haul would be at the end of the stroke but where on the backwards/forwards transition do you put the back haul
So long, and thanks for all the fish

Hi Dangermouse,

I time the haul to be during the later rotation/acceleration of the Casting Stoke in both directions. The timing is no different no matter what plane the backcast is made.

Cheers, Paul
It's an exploration; bring a flyrod.
