When you get the bands you will be able to use them to assist your chin ups, eg doing your sets without them to ultimate failure, then a set or sets with them, like a drop set principle which will get you more reps and principally more work done in total.
You will like John Meadows, the fella comes across brilliantly and he has no edges whatsoever.

Re: Lockdown Fitness
Great, I look forward to it. Thanks!
I do miss the Bench Press. Having one of those always felt a bit more serious

Re: Lockdown Fitness
John did a lock down chest workout video not so long back, one of the exercises was press ups with a band stretched right over his shoulder blades to make them harder, that’s as good as a bench press in these times...
Let me know when they land

Re: Lockdown Fitness
I spend a couple of hours a day doing this at the moment..
Can thoroughly recommend it. Zwift doesn’t work offline unfortunately - well you need at least to be online at the start of the ride, which is a problem in the jungle and I use myETraining there, or even just spin and control the resistance with the bike computer.
All great fun. Technology has come on a long way!
