You could follow the upgrade process and see that progress were made by the different error messages.

Heart in mouth moment when after everything was complete the page failed to load.
I’ve changed to top banner to be an extension instead of manually changing the code. Changing code is a pain when it comes to upgrades because I have to work out what I did some years ago.
It’s possible that some of the extensions don’t work with this version. If you get any error messages pls let me know.
