I haven't used the app in a while and when I went to use it today, all of the content except for the free stuff says "not yet purchased". It is the same android device as always. no os upgrade or new card. On google play it is not listed in my apps. What now?

Still not working. The videos say not purchased on this device. I used the hell out of those vids. Is there a limit? Were they available directly through SL website originally? Google play has no record of my purchase. I don't remember.

Tone, could you ask the question at google please? I've found them very quick and on the ball. Everything is working this end. If it's saying not purchased then that's google not us. I've asked the program developers too.

Application and in-app-purchases are bound to the user account. Is it
possible that Tony has logged out from the previous account and logged into
a new? If not, I recommend to reinstall the app, and try again. Remember,
that it is mandatory to be online (wifi) when first starting the app, in
order to recover the purchases. If this is not working, try to log out from
his google account and log in again.

Yes that is the problem. I did start a new acct a while back since I found it impossible to recover password. The app worked for a good long while anyway until the play store app updated. I'll be getting a new phone soon so I'll just buy it again. It is worth it. I use it frequently as a reference for teaching. Thanks for all your help with this issue Paul.
