Old dog new tricks .YEAH
Hey I dont need to read this its all what I know already ,thats what I was thinking this morning .Until I hit the untwisting bit .
Suddenly a puzzle solved ,big flys like my silkies and some Speys (real cookshill heron) thread just blows up towards the later stages .Lars ha s given me a probable reason .The blow ups dont occour with smaller simple ties ( fewer turns)
