Re: Sexyloops Gathering 2020
Base will be Pliva Lodging near the source of the river. I’ve been looking at it for a few years now as a potential SL meet. I’ll post some photos and links this week!
Re: Sexyloops Gathering 2020
Cool, if it’s roughly in the area I think it is (Šipovo) then possibly Sarajevo is closer to fly into.

Hi Paul
Is this what you have in mind?
https://plivaflyfish.com/
Either Sarajevo, or Zagreb airport is 3.5h drive. Depends which one is bigger and accept more flights.
Do you have your dates 100% confirmed?
Did you start doing anything towards the meet- talking to the place, organizing group booking, group discounts.
Fishing permit- do they have to be booked in advance?
I dont have waders and boots- could I rent some?
Flies- should not be a problem..
It looks like I need to bring my 10 year old with me. She is a big chater box- bigger than me, so If there will be any females she will be happy to chat and chat and chat.
...but for real- bringing her with me requires a good plan, and this is why I ask all those details.
Worlds end of August and she has to skip 1month 9f school.
SL meet in mid September, she skips 3 days of school
I need to make a decission quick.
Cheers
Mike

Re: Sexyloops Gathering 2020
I was wondering if you could do both. The dates for Pliva are not fixed yet and I was waiting for confirmation on the Worlds.
And I don’t believe anyone can talk more than you Mike
I can tie it down and give you all the details next week. Waders in that water are essential if you want any more kids. I’ll find out what the options are
Cheers, Paul

Re: Sexyloops Gathering 2020
Hi guys, well as you’ll have seen the WCs are postponed. In light of this, the unknowns faced in transport and the fact that the proposed date Is extremely close to official gathering bans in much of Europe, we will postpone the SL gathering until Sept 2021.
It’s very likely of course that Coronavirus is still with us next year and so my proposal is that we all wear rubber suits.
With this integrated float tube wading system I think we will be quite safe from any infectious diseases, even sexually transmitted ones.
Cheers, Paul
