A bit last minute but a group of us will be getting together for a cast this Sunday - 25th June - at the (Dry) Geelong Casting Pools at the Barwon Valley Fun Park, Barrabool Rd Belmont from 9:30am. With the Australian Casting Federation’s Vic Championships set for 23rd July we’re treating this as a chance to run through the accuracy and distance events that will be cast on the day. With the pools dry and pumps still out of action we will be casting over grass. Anyone with an interest in competition casting is welcome to come along for a cast. We should have a few of the more experienced ACF casters along on the day to help those new to the sport.
